Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee on the service total.
No-shows will also be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your respect for our time and your commitment to each client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or result in limited future booking availability.
